Word integration is no longer working after installing Zotero 7

I have just updated to Zotero 7 and now I can't use the Word integration - I just get a message "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Ensure Zotero is running". The "plug ins" menu has gone from Zotero so I don't know how to do anything to fix this.
