Zotero uses seperate firefox?
I use Fedora 41 KDE and downloaded Zotero from the official tarball. When I first opened Zotero I saw this image down below.

When I click the "Quick Start Guide" or "install a Zotero connector" a Firefox window pops up seemingly with default settings and without any of my extensions. This seems to suggest that Zotero uses either a different profile or starts another instance of Firefox with default settings.
Is this the expected behavior? If it is, it is very confusing for a new user like me. Or is it a bug and it is supposed to use my default profile that I normally use.
I think what I expect is for Zotero to just open a new tab in the already running browser. Am I somehow wrong? Does it need to be like that for some reason?
Thank you for your time and hopefully you can enlighten me.
