Cannot discern read vs unread items in RSS feeds, dark mode, Zotero 7

I have recently upgraded to Zotero 7, and I am finding it very challenging to identify which items are unread in my RSS feeds. The bold text isn't really discernable (at least in dark mode) from unbolded text.

I concur. Better visual separation between read and unread items is needed.
