Storage payment not processing

Hi, I initited the payment twice with all bank details, 20 min ago. Nothing happened (I got a notice that it's under way). Then I refreshed the site and I no longer have any information whether payment has been done or not. Can you please let me know how to check the process? thank indeed

This is most frequently the case when the payment method requires you to confirm the charge through a payment app or your bank's website and the process is not completed within a few minutes. When that's the case we cancel the transaction and a new one can be retried using that payment or a different method.
