zotero extensions word issues

I downloaded zotero on my PC but when i want to add in my MS word i don't find the extensions for that purpose. I search over the internet and they guid me to do : File -> options-> add ins -> activate zetero on the word platreform but i can't find it. there is someone who can help me to add it to my MS word plz . tkx
