Upgrade StorageBulk changes to the Linked file path

For various reasons, I have had to move my linked file storage. Many of my linked files have been transferred across and work fine. I used Zootmove for this, as I am using Zotero 7. But some are looking in an old location; perhaps they were, for some reason, set as absolute paths.
Is there a way in Zotero 7 to change all linked file paths to the base linked storage folder? This has happened to me before, under the old Zotero, and I used Zutilo to sort out the file paths. However, I see Zutilo no longer works under Zotero 7.

dstillmanZotero will offer to relink existing paths automatically when you relocate one of them.
