Zotero is not available in Word

Windows 11, Office 365 newest. Zotero software installed, but Zotero is not available in Word (it should be after View). Tried reinstalling addon from Zotero with no effect. Strange thing is when I look at File → Options → Add-ins, there's no trace of Zotero (neither at "inactive" list nor "disabled".), but Zotero file "Zotero.dotm" is at Word startup folder. Checked also all steps described in dstillman post (incl. looking at Trust center settings).
Checked also antywirus firewall - out connections for Zotero are allowed (port 80, 443)

Could you take a screenshot of the File Locations dialog in Word which shows the location of the startup folder?
