Hyperlinks not displayed in some cases

The popup window to display the hyperlinks is not working in some cases. Here are a few steps to reproduce that I have identified.

I am using the following OA article for testing: https://doi.org/10.1063/5.0145415

A - Click outside of Zotero and then back in the Zotero PDF Reader to hover in the hyperlinks
1) Open the PDF file in the Zotero Reader
2) Hover the mouse on an hyperlink
-> The popup wiindow appears on the hyperlink:

3) Click outside of Zotero
4) Hover the mouse on the same hyperlink
-> The popup window does not appear anymore:

B - Some hyperlinks cannot be displayed twice
1) Open the PDF file in the Zotero Reader
2) Hover the mouse over one of the hyperlinks on the right.
-> The popup wiindow appears on the hyperlink:

3) Move the mouse somewhere else so that the popup window disappears
4) Hover the mouse over the same hyperlink.
-> The popup window does not appear anymore:

5) Change the zoom level
6) Hover the mouse over the same hyperlink.
-> The popup window is back
