Stuck on "webpage with snapshot"

I recently installed Zotero and it only worked for two days before only recognising everything webpages or not being able to read it at all. It is not providing any citations at all. I have gone through the extensive list of troubleshooting and have uninstalled it more times than I can count. Is there a way to fix this?
