Report plugin

In the latest beta, there is an option for plugins to "Report" it:

What is it for?
It does not seem to do anything at the moment, simply producing this error:
[JavaScript Error: "TypeError: windowRoot.ownerGlobal.openTrustedLinkIn is not a function" {file: "chrome://mozapps/content/extensions/abuse-reports.js" line: 24}]
