Forgotten password AND lost access to email account

I registered my Zotero account with an institutional email when I began my PhD. Upon completion, I have lost access to this email account. I have now changed jobs and am trying to set up Zotero on a new device but have forgotten my password which cannot be recovered as I no longer have access to my registered institutional email address. How can I import my data across?
