Does this happen in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?

In Troubleshooting mode, zotero works normally in my laptop, I can add annotations and scroll smoothly. But once I turn off troubleshooting mode, zotero starts to freeze after I select some sentences, without adding annotations.

But you're saying it doesn't work properly in normal mode even with no plugins installed?

Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing the problem, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

Yes, I uninstalled all plugins and reset my settings, but still not working properly in normal mode.
