Please Help! Sudden Mac answer about my Profile answer

Hello,

Just the other day I still could open Zotero and use it. But since today, it's showing this message:

I did try to find my Zotero profile directory with the help of another discussion forum & this page (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/profile_directory). But no sign of Zotero in my Application Support files :((

I cannot even open the app as it keeps showing this message…

I'm not sure what may have caused it – the new Zotero app that I tried to install today (also showing the same message) or maybe some recent changes in my iCloud storage and organization ?

Thank you so much in advance for helping me !! I'm a really fond user of Zotero and hope i can still use it!

    If you've run Zotero on this computer before, it's almost certainly there. Make sure you're looking at the Library folder within your home folder, not Library at the root of your disk. The linked page explains exactly how to find it.

    In any case, you should open Terminal from Spotlight, paste in the following command, and press Return, and then let us know the output:

    ls -la ~/Library/Application\ Support/Zotero ~/Library/Application\ Support/Zotero/Profiles ~/Library/Caches/Zotero ~/Library/Caches/Zotero/Profiles/

    (You can x out your username if you want.)
