Zotero can't add citation or bibliography, it's say "zotero could not load the component necessary to communicate with your word processor. Go to tools–>add ons–> extensions in zotero and make sure that the extension for your word processor is enabled" i already follow the instructions but it still error, what should i do?

So yesterday i reporting about my zotero error, Zotero can't add citation or bibliography, it's say "zotero could not load the component necessary to communicate with your word processor. Go to tools–>add ons–> extensions in zotero and make sure that the extension for your word processor is enabled", and the zotero's team told me to update my zotero to newest version. I already update it but it didn't working. I even download the newest version, 7.0 version, and extract it. But when i opened the app, its still 60.30 version. What should i do? Should i delete my zotero and re-download it to newest version? But, will my file that i insert before be gone if i do that?
