Clickable Hyperlink that pulls the pdf with the highligted section of the pdf

Hi,I am new to this application and was wondering if it is possible to do the same in here.I am looking for any plug ins that can help me to generate hyperlinks of the highlighted text, that I can put beside my notes and has the functionality to pull and highlight the part of the pdf.Your help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance !

    If you highlight text and then copy the highlight annotation into a text editor, it should include a link. Isn’t that sufficient?
