Upgrade StorageCitations become inactive when copy and paste to another paragraph.
In Microsoft word, the citations become plain text when copy and paste to another paragraph.
For example, the following sentence with citation [1-3], which link to bibliography.
aaaaaaaaaaaaa, aaaaa[1-3]
However, the citation [1-3] lost its link to bibliography when copy and paste to another place in the same word file.

In the plugin's Document Preferences window, are you storing citations as fields (the default), or did you switch it to bookmarks?
Zotero isn't involved when you copy citations in Word. If fields are being flattened during copy/paste, you might be running some utility that's interacting with the clipboard (e.g., a clipboard manager), or you might be using a different command to paste without preserving formatting.
