Upgrade StorageTransferring references with PDFs from Mendeley (online version) to Zotero
I want to switch my reference manager from Mendeley (online-based, not desktop version) to Zotero. I am having trouble importing all my Mendeley entries (including PDFs) into Zotero (recently downloaded; version 7.0.11).
When I try to go through Zotero (File --> Import --> Mendeley Reference Manager (online import)), all the Mendeley folder names appear in Zotero, but each folder is empty (no references listed).
When I try to first export Mendeley entries from Mendeley (*.bib or *.ris) then import them into Zotero, the entries come through, but they are unsorted (all in the same folder) and do not contain the article PDFs.
