Not able to view pdf on Android device

My library syncs and I see all the items and collections on Android devices (mobile and tablet), but whenever I tap on the PDF attachment, it doesn't open. Do I have to set any configurations or settings to upload PDFs in the first place? I can see the attachment listed in web library as well.

    You're using linked files, which aren't accessible on mobile (or the web library — seeing the attachment items isn't the same as being able to open the files).
