Not able to view pdf on Android device

My library syncs and I see all the items and collections on Android devices (mobile and tablet), but whenever I tap on the PDF attachment, it doesn't open. Do I have to set any configurations or settings to upload PDFs in the first place? I can see the attachment listed in web library as well.

    You're using linked files, which aren't accessible on mobile (or the web library — seeing the attachment items isn't the same as being able to open the files).

    I was having the same question. Is there a way to be able to assess the files from the phone?

    Yes, you can use stored files.

    Hi, the linked post says how to convert linked files to stored files from a computer (which I have done) but not from a tablet or the Zotero app (which is where I am having the same issue of pdfs not opening). How can I fix this?

    @mcuberosa: Once they're stored files on your computer, they'll sync with Android. If they're not, see Files Not Syncing.
