How can I make the annotations actually inserted into the pdf when I read it?

I know that if I export the item and check the 'add the annotation' can make the pdf file contain the annotations. However, I want to make the annotations actually inserted into the pdf when I read it and annotate it, not need to export the item. Is there setting that can do this thing?
