The "New Item" icon in the ribbon stops working

After a while, the the "New Item" icon in the ribbon stops working.

I can still add references via the menu items.

Does it happen in a specific library or collection?
Does it happen with all plugins disabled?
Can you share here a screenshot of this happening?
Can you give a Report ID when you see the problem?
Which version of Zotero are you using and which operating system?
