Add citation tool not working in google docs.

I have installed the plugin, but when I go to the Zotero menu and click 'add citation' it simply opens up the zoterro app/ library. It does not give me the option to search for the citation as all the tutorials show. Am I doing anything wrong?? I'd really appreciate some help!

Make sure the citation dialog isn't just appearing behind your other windows. That's the most likely thing here.

If you're sure it's not that, we would want a Debug ID for reproducing this after restarting Zotero.
