After setup WebDav correctly, I click "Purge Storage in My Library" bullton, and then goto Zotero 's setting, click reset to replace online library with my local data, then the error occurs

    Why are you using Replace Online Library? That's for restoring from a backup — it's not something you should ever be using in normal usage.

    If you're getting a sync error for a normal sync, provide a Debug ID for reproducing it.

    OK, it seems like there is nothing I need to do when I have finished setting up WebDav Sync, I thought Zotero may need to store some metadata, so I need to "replace" its online library using my local metadata
