Upgrade StorageMacbook Zotero application, complications and annoying troubles.
The Zotero database cannot be opened.
Make sure you have read and write permissions for all files in the Zotero data directory and that security software isn’t preventing Zotero from accessing that directory.

My zotero app will not let me go on the app and it always appears with this screen and then kicks me. I will need it for references for this coming semester so its a pain it does not want to work, Im lost and I wish there was more accesibilty for this to go smoother, can someone please help this is drving me nuts.

poettliIn your post, you don't say if you have the correct permissions and if you are running a security software.

adamsmith(if you did move the database from an old/different Mac without migration assistant, that'd be one way this could happen, e.g.).
