Upgrade StorageOccasional Zotero Integration Issue with Word
Hi,
I’ve been experiencing an issue with Zotero and Word that happens occasionally when I try to insert a citation. During these times, Word freezes, crashes, and then reopens without the citation being added.
I have already followed the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the forums and Zotero’s documentation, including:
Ensuring both Word and Zotero are updated to the latest versions.
Checking for updates to the Zotero Word plugin.
Restarting both programs and my computer.
Disabling any conflicting Word add-ins.
Even though this doesn’t happen every time, it’s disruptive and makes it difficult to work smoothly.
I would really appreciate any advice or suggestions to resolve this issue. Please let me know if you need additional details about my setup or error logs.
