Sync Issue (1504750836)

I am having sync issues. Perhaps its related to fact that I just included videos into my Zotero storage...

    Yes, it is:
    Files above 4 GB are not currently supported
    You'll need to remove the very large files and empty the trash. You can add them back as linked files if you want, but they won't sync at this time.

    Thank you! I removed them and emptied the trash. But I still can't sync.

    We’d have to see another Report ID after restarting Zotero, but there may just be additional large files.
