[Feature request] Ability to modify highlights/underlines

It would be great if the start and end points of highlights/underlines could be modified, since currently I believe this requires just deleting the whole annotation and then recreating it. I am specifically using the iPad app. Here’s a screenshot of the Adobe Acrobat Reader app which has this feature.
