Duplication of Entire Bibliography

Every time I add a new citation to my paper, I suddenly get multiple duplicates of my entire bibliography in my document. I'm very new to Zotero so I'm not sure what I did to make it start doing this, as it was working fine previously. Would greatly appreciate some insight on this issue!
