zotero does not display in my word

I'm a doctoral student and I use Zotero very often. I don't know what happened exactly, but for the past week Zotero hasn't been displaying in my word. I've tried uninstalling and installing but to no avail. I even paid 20 euros for storage. I need to finish revising some documents. What can I do?
