I recently started using Zotero again after years of inactivity. I was pleased that on logging in My Library was still there. My Zotero was out of date so I upgraded. When I went to input notes in my text, Zotero accessed some unknown library, not my own. (I have been unable to locate this library on my computer.) I made various attempts to fix this problem but then got messages that Zotero was not communicating with Word and I needed to fix that. I worked through all the troubleshooting steps with no result. I posted a question on this forum yesterday but no response. So now I hope to get a response with this Error Report.

I use Onedrive, if that is relevant, but I have tried the exercise on documents from the C: drive.

If this is a university lab machine, Zotero running in another user's account may be interfering. The first thing to try is restarting the computer.

Otherwise you should make a screenshot of the issue and post it here.
