Website URL not included in bibliography

I'm trying to cite a website (http://phenopackets.org/). I added this to my library by clicking the "Add to Zotero" button in Safari. The bibliography item is attached as a screenshot. I'm trying to use Oxford University Press SciMed (author-date) bibliography style, which is supposed to include the url for website citations. (https://static.primary.prod.gcms.the-infra.com/static/site/bioinformatics/document/Ministylechecklist_Oxford_SCIMED_A-D.docx?node=1f7ec1ab406ca2617ec8)

However when it is formatted there is no url in the bibliography. (See attached.) Why is there no URL in the bibliography?
