Hey @Cyee, it seems that the document you have open, and is restored when you launch the app, may cause an issue.
- You can try tapping and holding the app icon to get the shortcut actions, and select "My Library", this will launch the app without restoring the last open document. - If the issue still appears for a specific document, please mail it to support@zotero.org and mention this thread - Finally, you can try the beta version of the app, and let us know if it occurs there as well https://www.zotero.org/support/beta_builds#zotero_for_ios_beta
