Google docs issues

I’m submitting issues with Zotero in Google Docs. It tells me that the document I need to put the references, was not created with the google account I intend to access, and yes was created with said google account.

When you try again do you get an account selection screen asking to authorize Zotero? You need to choose the account that the document is created with, not one that is associated with Zotero.

Thank you for your answer.
when I try again, it comes out to connect with the google account with which create the document, i select it, but nothing else happens and I get the same error again...

Does this still happen if you restart your browser? Does it work correctly in a new document? What if you make a copy of this document via File menu in Google Docs? Does it work with a different browser?
