RIS file not uploading

I have been attempting to upload an RIS file, which created the attached error message, and which was reported with the number 28913881.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through an import attempt that fails, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option? Wait 30 seconds or so at startup until things have settled before attempting the import.
