this collection has already been linked in ResearchRabbit

Hello,
Unfortunately, I can’t log into my old account, so I created a new one.
And I’m encountering an issue with ResearchRabbit. I’m trying to sync a collection with my account, but I keep receiving the following message: “This collection has already been linked in ResearchRabbit.”

  • We don't have anything to do with ResearchRabbit integration. You'd have to ask them.

    (But you also shouldn't create a new Zotero account, and doing so can cause other problems. If you can't access your old one, email us at support@zotero.org with details.)
