Upgrade StorageNot able to download the new version with the warning message
I'm getting a warning message as follows when I try to install a new version of Zotero. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
The operation can’t be completed because some items had to be skipped. For each item, choose File > Get Info, make sure “Locked” is deselected, and then check the Sharing & Permissions section. When you are sure the items are unlocked and not designated as Read Only or No Access, try again.

You should be able to just drag Zotero from the disk image into Applications. If there's an existing copy of Zotero in Applications, Finder should prompt you to replace it, but you can also just delete it first manually. Make sure any existing version of Zotero is closed (though if you have an existing version of Zotero, you would normally update it from within the app).
If you're not an administrator on this computer, you may need to ask your admin to do this.
