Upgrade StorageWord 365 MSO and Zotero 7

I have Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2410 Build 16.0.18129.20200) 64-bit and during the upgade to Zotero 7, I could not add any citation or even reuse a old file with citation to update it. I try to find info on the help and forum but I could not find the solution. Thank you very much.
