My reference list not working. I have followed all the steps in
Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents and nothing works.

Microsoft sent me a message "The problem may be a faulty third party pluggin. Contact Zotero for help

Can you say exactly what's happening? "Reference list not working" isn't a helpful description of a problem:
