Upgrade failure

I received the following error message (log number 676645738) when trying to upgrade from Zotero 1.0 to 2.0:

Using Firefox 3.6.2, Windows Vista Business SP1

Zotero is now no longer working...any ideas?

    We haven't seen this before. Did you install any custom styles in 1.0?

    Yes! Guess I should re-install 1.0, remove the custom styles, and try again?

    Yup, or just fix the id. And if you can tell us the id you used, that'd be helpful as well.

    Slight problem, can't get back to 1.0 because I've installed FIrefox 3.6.2
    I have now deleted my Zotero libary (backed up elsewhere), so Zotero 2.0 now functional but library missing.
    I pointed Zotero at the backup, but got the same error message again.
    Sorry, don't know how to fix the ID (no what the ID is)? Clues welcome!

    OK, try upgrading using the branch XPI, which should skip the problematic style. You can then reinstall 2.0.2 from the home page after upgrading.
