Upgrade StorageTOC in Zotero but not in Acrobat or Preview
This is kind of a backwards question for Zotero. I'm using Zotero 7 on macOS. I open the PDF in the Zotero PDF reader and it shows a table of contents. But in Preview and in Acrobat there are no bookmarks shown. There's also no toc shown in fitz (pymupdf).
What could Zotero actually by pulling out that isn't seen by those other tools?
