Upgrade StorageUpdates to Settings Reverting Back with Restart
When I try to switch to light mode and close the app, it will restart in dark mode. This also happens when setting up Aria for AI integration with my API key.
I have Zotero on another machine (both Macs) and it updated fine when I changed settings and restarted the program.
I thought it was just an issue with the extension, but it seems more likely a problem with how it is installed on this particular computer. Any thoughts?

dstillmanedited 9 days agoIf all settings are getting reset, something (file permissions, security software, etc.) is preventing Zotero from saving to the prefs.js file in its profile folder.

mjlayeThank you!!!! I found the prefs.js file and it was not letting me open it on my work computer. I just copied and pasted from my other computer where it was working and it allowed me to update my preferences and get the API key working.
