Files not syncing

Hi Team,
We have multiple users facing sync issue, users are not able to see the changes which was made 3 days back. so, I tested it by creating a test folder and other users can see the folder which I created, sync status shows synced 5 min before. But still multiple users are unable to see the files which was uploaded 3 days back.

If this is an open-membership public group, those do not allow file sharing (but items/data will be sync).

Doesn't look like it's an open public group (and in that case there wouldn't be files saved to the library at all — it wouldn't be a sync issue).
