My Zotero has been completely unusable for two days. Whenever I switch folders in the "my library" list on the left, a "loading items" error occurs and I can't even delete any items. I have tried reinstalling Zotero, reinstalling plugins, disabling all plugins, and clearing the computer memory, but none of these have worked. Can someone please help me?

dstillmanCan you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a few minutes of seeing the loading message (without doing anything else), using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

Hannah037Thank you for your reply. I later found out that if I kept insisting on loading the page without restarting Zotero or performing any other operations, it would eventually load completely after a long time, and there were no issues with usage thereafter. However, I must say that my Zotero now has over 10,000 PDFs, and I'm quite concerned that similar issues might arise again in the future.
