Cannot add/edit citation, refresh or unlink citations.

I cannot add/edit citation, add/ edit bibliography, insert note, refresh or unlink citations. When I try to do anything, I get a pop that just says "Zotero experienced an error updating your documnet. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions? OK or Cancel." There are no comment boxes in the doc, or track changes.

    Assuming it works in a new, empty document, you'll need to follow the troubleshooting steps through to the end, which explain how to identify the problem and provide enough info so that we can tell you more.

    Yes, it worked. Sorry I thought I went through everything. I just copied and pasted to a new Word document and citations are live. Thank you.
