Bibliography in Zotero citation style preview correct, but not in Word

Hello everyone,

We have the following problem:

I have adjusted a few things in the editor for a citation style so that it meets the desired specifications.

On my PC, the bibliography is displayed in Word exactly as it is displayed in the preview in Zotero.

For my friend, the bibliography is displayed correctly in the preview in Zotero. But NOT in Word.

Not even in a new document and after changing the document preferences several times.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

In Word, some information is missing from my friend's bibliography.

I'm asking to see what your friend sees. Yours is working correctly, so that's not useful for troubleshooting.

This is from my friend. We just gave the citation style a different name to differentiate them. But it didn't work before that either.
Of course, he uses different sources than I do. We entered the third source (Theobald) into Zotero together, just like I do.

This seems quite unlikely to be produced by the same style and the same item. What happens when you use "Literaturverzeichnis erstellen" from the right-click menu (and copy to clipboard/Zwischenablage)?

If we select Create Bibliography from the right-click menu, the formatting is correct.


We have now removed the citation style from Zotero again and imported a new CSL file. Now everything works.
Let's see how long it lasts...
