Importing of an extensive bibliography list (without common identifiers) to Zotero

I would like to create a new Zotero library from a list of sources. In the next step I would also need to find all the PDFs. However, the list of bibliography (from an article) does not have DOIs or any other common identifiers and includes grey literature sources, as well as articles not in English, etc. I have not used these articles in my work yet, but I need to create a Zotero library for further work, based on the beforementioned list of bibliography (over 80 pages of bibliography citations).
Is there any way to import a bibliography like this without having to search for each document on the web first?
