When I try and save the file references for papers I access through links I get the error :"An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.". I can download the pdf and insert it into Zotero using the link to file but it used to work and I'm not sure what's changed.
(run through all but see esp. the last item on what information we need for troubleshooting)
