Clickable in-text citation in Word - HOW?

I'm trying to figure out how to use the apparent "new feature of being able to click on an in-text citation and be taken to the full reference at the end of the paper" I've read about in discussion forums - can someone help me with this?

Ideally, this would work inside Word, but if I have to export to PDF, that's fine too..
I just want to offer my reviewers the courtesy of being able to click on a citation and be taken right down to the appropriate place in my bibliography...

    No, the feature you've seen discussed is about the PDF reader — nothing to do with the word processor plugins.

    There are some technical solutions for linking Zotero citations to the bibliography, but nothing built in yet, though it's planned.
