The Copy option from right-click menu wrongly appears active but does not do anything

In the PDF Reader (but maybe also in other places), doing a right-click when no text is selected still shows the "Copy" option active, even though it does not do anything:

I do not see that for example in Firefox, or in the fields of the Item Pane.
