Thank you very much for your reply, I have two computers using zotero software at the same time, one of the desktops can sync normally, the other laptop suddenly can't do the sync in the past few days, the error reported is as follows:
[JavaScript Error: "obj.erase is not a function" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/data/item.js" line: 5075}]
[JavaScript Error: "obj.erase is not a function" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/data/item.js" line: 5075}]
I have tried troubleshooting mode, changing network environment, changing Network.proxy.type, all to no avail, interestingly enough, the contents of the desktop can be synced to the laptop (although the laptop has an exclamation mark in the top right corner stating that it can't be synced successfully), but the contents of the laptop cannot be synced to the desktop.
I am a loyal user of zotero and I hope this issue is resolved quickly. Thanks!
One of the documents in the trash could not be deleted, I finally restored it to the library, and then it began to synchronize with a synchronization conflict pop-up, and then the synchronization was back to normal after I selected it!
May I ask what caused the sync failure? Why did emptying the trash bin fix the problem? How can I avoid this kind of problem in the future?
