Error Changing Username

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue when trying to change my username. Every time I attempt it, a prompt appears saying, "There was an error changing your username."

The last time I changed my username was over a month ago, so I don’t think it’s related to any recent changes. My problem seems similar to the one described in this thread:
